Firearms Instructors Liability
Introducing a new insurance program for NRA Certified Firearm Instructors.
Anything less is just snapping-in.
Now there is a choice of plans designed to meet your specific needs.
If you are an instructor who needs professional coverage or not, you can choose the liability limit that works best for you. Both programs are available to NRA Certified Instructors, NRA Certified Coaches and NRA Hunter Clinic Instructors, providing the insured instructor's certification by the NRA remains effective.
Instructor Plan
The Plan is designed to supplement any existing coverage you may have and will provide excess coverage over and above any other valid and collectible insurance. If there is no other plan the NRA coverage becomes primary. The coverage is for general liability only.

- $100,000 Limit for $68 per year
- $250,000 Limit for $121 per year
- Higher limits available under the Instructor Plus Plan

Instructor Plus Plan
The Instructor Plus Plan is for instructors who want professional liability coverage in addition to general liability. The coverage is broader and is a Commercial General Liability Insurance policy and acts as primary coverage.

- Coverage for bodily injury and/or property damage caused while acting as an instructor during the lesson.
- Medical expenses up to $5,000
- Property damage
- Legal expenses
- Professional Liability Coverage
(Covers allegations of improper training)
- Liability Limit Options
- $250,000 Limit for $215 per year
- $500,000 Limit for $320 per year
- $1,000,000 Limit for $350 per year
