Please note that our office will be closed for the holidays on the following dates:

Memorial Day -		Friday, May 23rd*

Independence Day -		Thursday, July 3rd*
		Friday, July 4th
Labor Day -		Friday, August 29th*
		Monday, September 1st
Thanksgiving -		Thursday, November 27th
		Friday, November 28th
Christmas -		Thursday, December 25th
		Friday, December 26th

*Indicates days closed in addition to the traditional holiday. Certificate of Insurance requests may be completed online, emailed or printed/faxed on these days and will be received by a Program Representative for processing.
