One of the top ways to recruit and retain Post employees is to make available health insurance options. Our program works with Posts to help them get the benefits they need; both Employer-Paid Benefit Plans and Voluntary Employee Benefit Plans are available.
Employer-Paid Benefit Plans offer a myriad of tax advantages and can be customized to meet your Post's needs. The Post is required to pay a portion of the insurance benefit.
Voluntary Employee Benefit Plans operate independently of your Post. There is no Post contribution and the administration is handled by the insurance company.
